Who we are

What we collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through our forms, primarily the RFQ form on /quote/ and the contact gate on the CNF calculator. The fields we collect are:

• Identification: name, company, email address, phone number with country code, country.
• Inquiry: grade, incoterm, destination port, quantity, packaging, payment terms, delivery timeline, free-text notes.
• Source: the page you submitted from, the URL that referred you to our site, and (where present) Google Ads click identifier (gclid).
• Technical: IP address, browser user-agent, and approximate geographic country / city derived from your IP via Cloudflare.

Why we collect it

Your submission is used to (a) reply to your inquiry with a confirmed quote or product information, (b) populate our internal lead-management spreadsheet so our export desk can follow up, and (c) maintain a record of the inquiry should you and we proceed to a contract. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to a Cloudflare Worker that forwards the data to a Google Apps Script, which appends a row to a Google Sheet owned by HAS Rice Pakistan and emails our export desk plus a confirmation message to you. The Apps Script sends one transactional confirmation email; we do not add you to a marketing list. Access to the Google Sheet is limited to authorised HAS Rice Pakistan staff.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and, when configured, Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services set cookies. We default Google's Consent Mode to denied at page load; the analytics_storage consent is granted only when you explicitly opt in via our consent banner (where one is shown). When granted, cookies persist on your device for up to two years.

We also use Cloudflare for hosting and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection.

Third-party services we use

• Cloudflare — hosting and edge caching.
• Google Analytics 4 — site usage measurement (consent-gated).
• Microsoft Clarity — session replay (consent-gated, deferred load).
• WhatsApp / Meta — when you click a WhatsApp link, you leave our site and Meta's privacy terms apply.
• Google Apps Script + Google Sheets — lead capture and storage.

How long we keep your data

We retain RFQ submissions indefinitely for record-keeping (contract trace, legal compliance, audit). On request to export@irri6.com we will delete a specific submission within 14 business days, subject to any legal hold.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion at any time by emailing export@irri6.com. We respond within 14 business days.

Children

This site is for B2B rice-import buyers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when we change how we handle data. The "last updated" date at the top tracks the most recent revision. For material changes that affect data already collected, we will email known contacts.
